VINIFICATION
This grappa is obtained from the skillful steam distillation in discontinuous pot stills of selected pomace mixture of fine wines.
CHARACTERISTICS
The long natural ageing period in selected oak barrels of Slavonia gives to this marvellous aged grappa a very delicate, harmonious and fruity bouquet with hints of ripe red fruit, jam and spices.
The flavor is soft and mellow with hints of sweet cocoa and tobacco. The fruity and spicy sensations are enhanced in the persistent aftertaste.
