VINIFICATION
Whole grapes are put into the pneumatic press for soft pressing and the resulting must, after a first racking, is put into controlled temperature tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 17-19 °C. The wine remains in the tanks to age until the following spring.
CHARACTERISTICS
Bright pale straw yellow and a delicate, persistent perlage.
Decidedly fragrant aroma with hints of wholesome yeast and unripe fruit. The flavor is distinctly fresh and dry with a pleasant froth. The finish is flavorsome and dry with an underlying almondy taste.

CHARACTERISTICS
A sparkling wine of a very pale golden yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. A fragrant aroma of delicious bread crust, ripe fruit and vanilla accompanied by delicate hints of Mediterranean spices.The soft, well-balanced and lingering taste is intensely reminiscent of dried fruit and tasty toasted flavours.

CHARACTERISTICS
The wine has the bright pink colour of peach flowers and a prominent, persistent perlage. Very elegant aromas with the fruity character of blackcurrant and raspberry as well as a gentle hint of dog-rose. Dry and flavoursome on the palate with an agreeable, persistent freshness that underlines the fruity aroma.
